Congrats on starting to get out from under! Michigan has a long-6 year SOL for a lawsuit to be filed against you, but it has a VERY tough law about collection agencies. On your Experian report find the date that each of these debts will "come off" and subtract 1 year, that is the date beyond which you cannot be sued.
You cannot use 1 credit bureau to verify another's. Exactly what are you hoping to accomplish? Clear your report of accounts that you still owe on? Or are they actually paid off?
