Hope it comes off in July.Leave it alone until then.Experian is good at standard stuff, but here you probably gave them a classification that wouldn't fit.So they picked the next thing.Most likely you and your x were not in N.Y.when the debt was incurred,and he may not be now.If they took it off your, under the 5 year rule, how would they deal with his? You should have just disputed it as over-age.
