Court Judgement and Magistrate answer

Magistrate told me the only thing that credit card company can take on a judgement is if you own property or a car in the state of South Carolina and that they cannot take personal property. I have heard from people about judgements ordering liquidation. Doe that mean liquidation of personal property? THis is in state of South Carolina and Credit cards are all clothing stores that my wife ran up and added me as authorized user. I do not own anything except this computer and other personal effects furniture ect..I don't want to liquidate that stuff. Also a audit investigator keepd calling from world financial network bank who handles lerner limited express and structure clothing companies saying they are doing a audit on Tuesday. My wife is so upset she is having sleep and stomach problems and my stress is adding up I am irritable all the time and stomach is in knots. Anyone delt with this creditor before? we also have sears,belk.. Belk being highest balance of 13 k don't ask why they gave that limit to a young 22 female who worked for belks at the time they kept raising credit limit and we were makeing pennies and we used alot of these for christmas presents and overtime clothes. We paid debt until recently the minimum over 7 years period even tryed profina with a average payment of 1200 a month which didnt last long once other bills such as medical came up so we dropped out of program I tryed for bankruptsy before but they said we had enough to pay bills but now I know we don't. Main thing is this audit investigator what does that mean? from this world financial people? Help
