Why chat I have a question for you. In the mean time, should I file a counter suit with WWR? Do I for sure have a leg to stand on?
I dont have much time left , it said 21 days from being served to file a complaint to the court about this case.
Or should I go along with my $70 payment plan until I hear for sure if I have a case. The $70 that I agreed upon before they sent the consent judgement and filed the lawsuit is due Friday. I dont have much time.
In your opinion what should I do?
