Normally Razor would be correct about not putting informaton in,and using the disclaimer with reference to the FDCPA and FCRA and the legal definition of validation, howver, in your case the Col. Ins. program you are in has it's own VERY stict guideline and enforcement against providers who abuse consumers.So in your case, less "legalize" is better and advising thm they have made a BIG BOO BOO in re your insurance is enough to do the job.
