I have recently learned that a judgement was awarded against me. It also shows that I was served a notice. During this time, I was in college. It is possible that my roommate received the information and never gave the papers to me. The court documents say that I am a resident of county A, when I am a resident of county B. How can I be sued in one county and I live in the county in which the document was signed?
