I can tell you for sure that I am not an attorney :) I am an insurance agent, and I gained most of my knowledge the hard way, just like you are doing. Anyone who is really an attorney will post a disclaimer that they are not giving legal advice, and that no client-attorney relationship exists just because they answer a question - it's just common sense that they will protect themselves. There are rules that govern each profession, and we all go by those rules if we are in those professions. If someone says they are an attorney but doesn't act like one (disclaimer with each post), then don't believe them! Linda
