Right!! and don't talk to them on the phone, except to get their company name and address. Tell them you will not discuss anything with them until you get that information, and can verify it - We can help with verifying it.

But still don't talk to them. They would rather cross the street and climb a tree to tell a lie, that stand where they are and tell the truth.
