All the information you see posted about cease and desist, validations etc. does not apply to credit debt that was used for business purposes. The FDCPA and the FCRA all state VERY clearly that they protect ONLY consumers who have used the credit for personal NOT business use.Since even judgments filed against you will not stop the harrassment, and since you have NO protection under the FDCPA, I suggest you file Chapter 7 while you still an before they change the law.
