Don't file for BK, but have you looked at your credit report lately? Do you know that your FICO score depends on your debt to income ratio?
Go online at Experian and Equifax they offer one month free credit viewing. I would get this quickly and see your report and scores.
Its nice to see that you still care about her well being but, it doens't look like she cares to much about yours.
You need to fix this fast before the worst thing happens and she defaults on the payments.

You may still care for her and can't see yourself getting her into trouble but are you still going to care for her as much after she gets you into trouble?
