The new laws are being debated in Congress, they probably won't pass for at least 6 months, but as soon as they do, there will probably be a "freeze" on new BK's. DO NOT conceal ANY assets from your BK lawyer, one little slip-up that your creditors find out about and the whole thing will be tossed out, or even worse,revoked.This is NOT the time for cheap do-it-yourself bankruptcy kits. This board and others is FULL of people who messed everything up trying to save a few bucks.
