If he waits until she defaults to dispute on the basis of fraud he will LOSE. Caselaw is simple, if someone steals your identity, or forges your name, you MUST report it immediately,otherwise you forfeit all rights of recovery.(It is assumed that they had your permission if you didn't stop them as soon as you found out)
