Linda is correct, however, even wth "disclaimers" there have been successful claims made against attorneys who have posted legal advice that caused loss. (by the way Linda, there was also a successful claim against an insurance agent's e&o for misinformation posted on his "help" website) If a licensed professional wants to keep his e&o from skyrocketing he needs to post anonymously,not use his professional e-mail address, and NEVER admit to any profession.
