Before you file and have this in your life for the next 10 years, try MSN money board.
My husband almost filed BK himself on a debt the same size as yours. I am so glad now he never did that. His credit is getting better everyday now. And we are so happy.

These people are amazing in helping people like you pay off debts.
Your debt is quite small but your car payments are to high, in my opinion sell the car and buy something cheap.
You need to post on MSN money all the debts you have the interest rates, your income, rent, utilities etc... trust me these people can help you get out of this without a BK.

This board is great to don't get me wrong.
The MSN board is geared to prevent bankruptcy. You will not find support filing BK on this board or support in validating debts or anything like that. I give my two cents worth there on those subjects. But this board is the best I have seen on helping you pay off debts without filing chapter 7.
Just before you file try this first.
