OK- Pa. isn't TOO bad. 5 year liens on property, total garnishment exemption.If you really figure to let this go,try to get YOUR name off the accounts if she opened them as a joint account. If she is an authorized user, and the accounts are maxed. You should at least close them. That way, you will have SOME leverage when they default.You can claim you didn't open them,and they were closed as soon as you found out.
