Hello, I have actually have several questions. On my credit report is listed a judgement from our local utility company that is about 6 years old. It is also being reported as a collection account that was included in our bancruptcy (chapter 7). I was told that the judgement will not come off of our report until the debt is paid; however, because we filed chapter 7, the debt became null and void - or so I thought. What can I do to get this off my report.

Also, I have a merged reported from all 3 reporting agencies. What are these scores - Beacon, Emperica and Fair Isaac? I know they use these when determining approval, but what is the difference and what exactly do they look at when looking at these scores. What is the best way to improve these scores. Pay collection accounts?, try to get the judgement off? HELP! I'm so confused.

Thank you for any advice and information!
