I have a COMPLAINT. This company knows who I am and I have just recently received a collection statement for an amount of $217. I have NEVER EVER done business with this company, or owe money to ANY other company for bills, purchases, or ANY services rendered. I would like to know why I "owe" Gulf State, whereas I have never even heard of them. I would like to express thanks for your response.
