Christine posted the FTC id fraud # and used the number as "her" signature. Since he didn't want to report his ex, and since this entire thread has been devoted to ways of getting around his reporting her, I can only guess that "Christine" is operating from some boiler-room operation in the Bahamas and hasn't a clue.
