I just move to Calfornia within 2 months. I used to live in Texas. Due to the seriously financial difficulty. I decide to file the chapter 7. I don't have the house or asset. I am singal. Can I file the chapter 7 in Calfornia? What is the average cost for file the bankrupcy with BK lawer. How long does it take to process Bankrupcy! thanks for your great answer and help!
