First of all, wait and see what B of A does. Once you see the results of their investigation, you can take further action depending on what they do.

They are accountable for anything the collection agency does, so hopefully they will fix it so it is correct.

You score usually seems to go down immediately after a dispute, but later it will go back up. Don't let that stop you. I think it goes down because they add or change "date verified" and it becomes a recent entry on the account. Not fair, but part of the process at this point.

Don't dispute anything else until B of A finishes what they are doing.
