Question about garnishment

Just curious about this. According to the site that WhyChat posted about for SOL's and stuff, under Ohio, it says this about wage garnishment. GENERAL GARNISHMENT EXEMPTIONS
See federal law. Garnishment limited to once a month per employee. What does this mean? If you live in Ohio and they garnish your wages, I thought they could take 25% of each paycheck every month, but the way this is worded, it sounds like they can only take 25% of 1 paycheck each month? Thanks
