What is the address of this law firm? Are they in Ore. If so, you should get a lawyer to defend you. Ore. only exempts $25,000,($33,000 if jointly owned and jointly responsible on judgment) Are you married? Is your home jontly owned? Is your husband jointly liable on this account? You should possibly refinance, or get a 2nd, (something I seldom recommend) with that much equity you ARE vulnerable.
