well you can forget about ever using them as a job reference, I dont know california law, but I knew a girl in georgia, that did the same thing, ended up in jail, theft by deception,, and for that amount, 3200,,,,,, ITS A FELONY,, dont blow this off, you will get screwed big time,,,
