Ok I talked to lawyer he said that we would qualify for chapter 7 he gave me a packet to fill out which was to list every debt we have ect.. Now At the same time a creditor called yesterday stating he has our acccount to go on docket to be used to summon for a judgment if this goes through before my bankruptsy will after filing bankruptsy clear this judgement? Lawyer said he could expedite for extra money and have it goe through in 5 days. Should I take the risk to go ahead and expedite this process? Also if we went through and payed the lawyer and the judge deny my bankruptsy would I get money back from lawyer? It is alot of money and I want to make sure.
