I got a loan in North Carolina for $520.00 from OMNI loans, whom are aparently a part of Bank of America. I will be done paying about $600.00 off over a six month period on the 1st of June. I has been taken directly out of my pay once a month for six months on time. I got this loan at such a high interest rate because it was guaranteed, and I needed to fix my credit. I has not shown up on my credit report, and upon contacting them, they stated that they only report delinquent accounts. I only got this loan so I could fix my credit. I also sent a letter with validation from OMNI to all the credit agencies, and they stated that they would only report what was sent directly from the bank to them. OMNI stated that they were not a paying member of any of the credit agencies. Doesn't the bank have to report good credit? I want that on my credit report.
