Try either FSNB in Oklahome (www.fsnb.com) or USAA in San Antonio(www.usaa.com). They are both armed services banks, but you do not have to be in the service to join. USAA uses telecheck for verification. According to FSNB, they use their own system. I have both banks, they are very good.
