Just remember, when you are filling out your forms, they don't want to know "replacement cost" for your stuff. They want to know how much it would be worth if someone were to buy it wholesale, as is. For instance, on clothes, just figure what you could get if you took it into a resale shop for them to purchase. Same thing furniture, jewelry appliances etc. If you are not sure about something call a local resale shop and ask how much they would pay for xxx.Same thing on cars, your bk lawyer will get you the wholesale blue book value.
