It seems to me IN MY OPINION, that this board encourages filing bankruptcy.
Yes, for some its the only answer but for others its a Really, Really bad idea.
When the new BK laws take effect there will be a lot less people doing it, they will have no choice but to file chapter 13(where you pay the money back). I think when this law is passed, more and more people will start taking credit very seriously.
They will stop charging charging charging with no thoughts to paying paying paying.

At least this is something I am right about! I pay my debts.
