You ask why they can? It is very simple. They have a vast, unsurpassing amount of knowledge that is correct, they will look up anything you need, they spend their own valuable time answering all of our questions, they answer every question on the board no matter how simple, they make sure newbees have a means of where to start, they will walk you through a situation if needed, they offer support and encouragement, they offer to let you email them personally if needed in order to help you and yes, sometimes they will tell you how it is whether you like it or not. PS. Did I mention that they don't get paid????!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
