My Experian report shows that I have 3 charged off Federal Perkins Loans. I do have 2 loans, but not a third one. Who do I dispute this with? I am only trying to dispute the 3rd loan that shows on there. Do I dispute with the Creditor (Which is the school?) or do I just try to dispute it with Experian.
