I am waiting for the right offer :)
Put in for a loan at lending tree--4 offers will come in apparently--but I have only received one. I could live with it!

Here is what I am thinking--from here on out I will see an attorney even to make settlement offers. If I can make enough settlement offers and truly settle these things--I may be able to pay a great deal of this new loan off quite quickly.
