If you are looking for information (or maybe just some moral support) check out www.chexvictims.com website. On bank that will grant accounts to victims is FSNB (Fort Sill National Bank) you can go to their website and request an application be mailed to you. If you can get direct deposit, then you should be fine if there are no branches in your area. Another bank to try is USAA. Their banking is open to the public, but you have to call the toll free number and tell them that you are interested in banking, and they will assign you a member number. Also, just came across this site while looking around www.earthcomp.com. Not sure about their product, but someone might want to check it out? Hope this helps someone out there.
