I am Dealing with RMA right now too I got my green card back immediatly and then a few days later received there "so called" valadtion proof which was a print out......So i sent them a letter (Linda has the letter i wrote and sent them in her briefcase) Have not heard anything back from them yet. I gave them a full 30 days from the time they signed the green card before i sent the 2nd letter to assure nothing else was coming....They are not the easiest ppl to deal with and i am sure i still have a fight ahead of me but wont back down.. In the first letter I sent them i gave them 30 days 2nd letter i wasnt as nice .. Good luck with your dealings with them...If it wasnt for Why Chat and Linda I wouldnt have made it as far as I have.
