That's great, darry30! Congratulations on your successes. When does the ch 13 come off? You really have to keep pestering them, and when they're wrong and you know you're right, it's fun!! A way to vary the disputes, after you do them online, do them through the mail, then over the phone. Seems to get more results that way. Online will give you a message that you can't dispute again, but if you mail it in, they accept it and reinvestigate. Linda
