I heard by phone, from this supposed in-house attny for Circuit City's parent company that they were filing suit, mind you this was my first contact with anyone. The acct had been charged off a year prior. I asked for something writing, you may remember, I asked a question about the info she sent, that had the cleaning service fax # at the top of her supposed "lawyer letterhead" letter.... Anyway, I sent the validation letter, and got the green card back about three weeks ago, and have not heard a word from them since. Also, I disputed the Circuit City acct with Experian and it was deleted. We'll have to see what happens. Thanks for the help.
