Problem with Equifax- Fraud Help!

Hi! I posted here before regards a ComEd electricity company related charges by Harvard CA in Chicago. I have disputed the account with both CRA and CA. CA did not even bothered to respond (in 60 days for 2 letters) and I also sent them notification letter c&d and erase letter from Linda. I also send a letter to Equifax that Harvard cannot validate this account. But, I just got same mail from Equifax again stating "verified" even though I sent them all related paperwork that Harvard cannot validate. I am buying a home and my rate went 2 points just for $77 from Equifax. What should I do? I have all the paperwork and registered mail copies. Thanks
