Right - start with the credit bureaus. First dispute all your old addresses off. Then dispute the oldest ones, one or two at a time (depending on how many you have), and see what comes off easily. Then you can start on the hard stuff.

Be ready for validation stuff, though, because the collection agencies will start after you when you begin to clean up.
