A ca IS a 3rd party collection agent. (you are 1st party, original creditor is 2nd party).For those amounts,I wouldn't bother to stir things up, they are unlikely to file suit,and they will drop off your reports soon.If you DO dispute them,start with the easiest way,do it on line with the credit bureaus, dispute as "not mine".(make sure old addresses over 5 years are removed first from your reports)
