If you are interested in clearing up your credit, AND they send you something in writing,AND you can afford it,pay it in full. You are likely beyond the SOL for being sued, but these bottom feeders are so accustomed to their nasty tactics they use them anyway.Of course if they DON'T send you something authentic in writing, such as the "chain of title" of their ownership of this account, then don't pay anything anymore to anyone until you are SURE it will end collections on the account. When is it scheduled to drop off your Experian report, and what State are you in?
