When dealing with an attorney/debt collector, when you request something in writing, somehow, they only want to call, and don't want to provide anything in writing anymore.... I know they are subject to the FDCPA, but when you advise them you will only deal with the original creditor, are you basically just inviting them to sue you? They can still do that, right, if they are acting on behalf of the creditor, even though you request no contact from them - that is all they can do, sue you or leave you alone....am I correct?
