Christine, the info in regards to this account
(Balance: 488. and past due amount: 63) would not be important to me, personally, if the last activity date is x/95: the account due to come off this year. I would focus more on the "Last Activity" date. You shold get the OC to send you letter showing the last activity date for the account and shoot it off to the CRA(s). I've found CRA(s) to be very amenable in updating the last activity info.
