I am sure "anon" is trying to be helpful, BUT !! It is NEVER a good idea to be "creative" and try to dispute accurate information like old addresses.It will not work to get anything removed from your reports, and you will be "flagged" as making frivolous disputes.
1- The "up-dating" of the charge off dates is NOT "re-aging" Look at your Experian report, see when it is scheduled to "come off" subtract 7 years. If THAT date is incorrect for the date you were FIRST late on the account,then you can dispute it. If you paid a charge-off in 1997- then it will probably show as coming off your report in 2004 or earlier.
2- On the paid medical bills,send in a dispute, or dispute on-line as "not mine" (this isn't a lie, since you paid them, and it is the simplest method of removal)
3- Dispute the Chase account as duplicated entry. (they sometimes remove them both when this is done)
