Christine, I had a couple of accounts that were charge offs and reported a balance. In one case I really didn't care because the negative entry fell off this year; the other case I sent in the balance of $12 and they reported the account as "payment after charge off". This account is scheduled to come off in 2004. After 90 days, probably the time they do their archive, I will dispute again.
