Whychat, I have 4 Capital One cards (Visa and Mastercard) that show the correct limits - now. I disputed two because I am in the process of purchasing a house and my mortgage lender needed this info updated. I called Capital One and they told me it would take a couple of months to correct this. I decided to dispute instead and they - Capital One came back with the correct info in a couple of weeks. Maybe I just lucked out. Per your advice maybe I should not try this again. Thanks for the info!
