Several people have asked about attorney's for suits of this type. What you need is to show damages - monetary damages, in order to get a lawyer to sue over these things.

If you can show that you have damages or think you can, David Szwak has a website with contact information on it. The email and the information for don't work - they have disabled them (they should take those pages down) - but the phone numbers are there. They have attorneys in every state, I believe, and they can refer you to someone.
