There is a possiblity that when you dispute this item it will be remove because this is a paid account with a zero balance. Creditors do not like accessing their archived records. BTW, I would dispute online or via phone. To do this, per the previous answer to your post, you will need a confirmation number.

Note: Transunion does not require a confirmation number if you dispute online. The confirmation number is optional.

Credit companies normally archive their paid records every 90 days. Dispute, you might luck out!
