Does this debt appear on your credit reports? Have you been contacted by any ca on this account? What kind of debt was it? Credit card? Purchase? Business?.How long ago did you default? What address is showing on your credit reports, your current one? Call the clerks office and find out if there was an actual filing, get a copy and see how they attempted service. Then get back to us, e-mail me if you wish, and we will see what can be done.
