whychat I have some money in my savings account for the first time in, well ever, and I am concerned about any CA's that may be out there being able to get their hands on that money. It is a process for them to beable to do it isn't it? I won't just wake up one morning and it could be gone? I know I am being very vague about my situation, I just don't know how many more CAs are out there that just haven't contacted me yet. The ones I know about I am starting the process of dealing with, it is the unknown I am worried about. So many medical bills, hostpital bills, clinic bills, etc etc, so many things we couldn't pay in the past, I can't remember who all we owed money to. Maybe I am just being a bit paranoid, can ya tell me if they can get to that money with out giving me any notice? Does a judgement or something have to be determined before someone can go into my bank account and take my money? Darry30
