When you are sent a collection letter from a debt collection attorney, and they post the mini-miranda about being a debt collector, etc. Aren't they also required to, on their first written communication with you, give the disclaimer about your being able to request vaidation of the debt within 30 days if you disagree with it? This is from Mann, Bracken, etc.. in Atlanta. Know anything about them?
