FICO score

Is there a way to check your FICO/Beacon score without actually ordering a report? On the free reports you are entitled to, it does not give the FICO score. Those reports are like $12.95 each. If you subscribe to the credit monitoring, will everyone start coming out of the woodwork after you? I have cleaned up a couple of things on the credit reports, but it seems the more work I do, the more these people dredge up, most of which is out of date anyway, it is just creating more time and energy for me to dispute it, wait 30 days, etc. I am sure that is the point. I think I could probably go work for the IRS after keeping up with all this paperwork....
